Sorority Recruitment
So I've had some fun, met a ton of girls and learned how to put on eye liner. While talking to total strangers about absolutely everything, I started to feel very happy that I'm a Resident Assistant, because I felt more prepared for recruitment because of my job. I mean it is the only occupation, other than a delivery person, where you can knock on a person you don't know's door and introduce yourself at random. I always got on my parents nerves and was told to be quieter as a child. Now I'm realizing that being a chatterbox can be a positive trait.

1st Week
Wow! So Fall Semester has started back up. Finally, some time to relax! Well after days and days of Resident Assistant training and check-in weekend, going back to class is like a vacation. I'm now trying to get to know my freshmen, upper class and graduate student residents. It's going to be challenge because there are over 60 of them living in my "Life is a Highway" themed building in the apartments. Well as an ode to housing, I'm including this video. They should fill out a roommate agreement to stay "Happy Together."
